Every patient starts with a consultation and skin assessment with Dr Effie, a GMC-registered doctor. She’ll assess your skin, discuss your goals and recommend the most suitable options — whether that’s a single treatment or a combined plan. You’ll never be recommended a treatment your skin doesn’t need.

Yes. All new patients begin with a doctor-led consultation covering your medical history, a full face and skin analysis and a discussion of suitable options. Some treatments, including prescription-only options, legally require a face-to-face assessment first.

We’re at 1st Floor, Highview House, Tattenham Cres, Epsom KT18 5QJ — two minutes from Tattenham Corner station, with parking nearby. Patients visit us from Epsom, Banstead, Tadworth, Ashtead, Ewell, Leatherhead and across Surrey.

Every consultation, prescription and injectable treatment at Epitomi is carried out personally by Dr Effie Flourentzou, a GMC-registered GP and aesthetic doctor (GMC 7134481) — not delegated to a non-medical injector. That means a medical assessment before any treatment and a doctor on hand throughout.

Treatment prices are listed on our pricelist page, and a consultation fee applies for new patients, redeemable against treatment completed within 28 days. Because every plan is personalised, Dr Effie will confirm the costs of your specific plan at your consultation before you commit to anything.
