Booking Policy: Deposits, Cancellations and Rescheduling
Deposits
To ensure the smooth operation of our bespoke clinic service, you will be required to make a deposit for your treatment or pay the full consultation fee at the time of booking to confirm your appointment. Please refer to our price list for specific deposit and fee amounts.
Cancellations
- Please be aware that cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment, whether for a consultation or treatment, will result in the forfeiture of your deposit or consultation fee (extenuating circumstances will be considered).
- If you need to cancel more than 48 hours before your appointment, please notify us by phone or email, and we will be happy to reschedule your appointment or arrange a refund of your deposit or consultation fee.
Rescheduling
- Please note that rescheduling within 48 hours of your appointment, whether for a consultation or treatment, will result in the forfeiture of your deposit or consultation fee (extenuating circumstances will be considered).
- If you wish to reschedule more than 48 hours prior to your appointment, please notify us by phone or email, and we will be happy to assist with rescheduling. However, please be aware that we can only accommodate one change per original booking.
Additional Information
Lastly, please understand that clients who frequently cancel or reschedule appointments may be required to prepay the full cost of future treatments at the time of booking.
